Hello, hello!!
I am so excited to share with you all today one of my newest furniture make-overs!
I recently made over a thrift store dresser that was in need of some T.L.C. and I love the outcome.
It did take me some time to work on it because I was either sanding, painting, building, etc. during our daughter's naps or on the weekends. But it is finally done and I am so pleased with the turn-out.
Check out that side bookshelf!!
I made it and added it to the side of the dresser so it can hold little books and magazines. :)
I love it! It adds personality to an otherwise plain dresser.
I lined the shelves with some green and white paper I purchased at Home Goods.
And as a little reminder, here is what the dresser looked like before the make-over:
I painted some detail on the front of the dresser to add more character and also added some moulding to the top of the dresser to jazz it up a bit.
This baby has some deep drawers too....it can hold a lot of stuff!
It is for sale right now and looking for a good home.
Oh, and in case you are wondering where I found my inspiration for this dresser, it came from this website:
